From One Disaster to Another
About six years ago, a 58-year-old male was treated by us at the Tata Memorial Hospital. He was suffering form cancer involving the left side of the face and the cancer had half spread to the brain. He was successfully operated upon and the whole tumour was excised; the left eye ball, too, had to be removed. The patient remained well for about eight months when we detected a small recurrence of cancer at one spot.
