70th Birthday Celebrations
Dr Ramani’s 70th Birthday was felicitated in the grand style by as many as 10 organizations from Mumbai and Goa on 23rd December 2007 at Ravindra Natymandir in Mumbai. The Chief Minister of Goa Mr Uday Kamat, was the Chief Guest and the noted politician from Goa Mr. Ramakant Khalap and noted economist and Vice-chancellor of Pune University Shri Narendra Jadhav were the guest of honour. Books specially written for the occasion (Sattariche Bol and Life of Purpose) were released. Before starting the function a special visit to Shri Siddhivinayak Temple was organised by Trustees of the Temple at Worli. There were more spectators than the chairs available in Ravindra Natya Mandir. The entertainment program was outstanding. Singers like Swapnil Bandodkar enthralling the audience to a once more.
