Free Medical Camp in Goa
On 26th September, 2010 Dr Ramani held his Annual Free Medical Camp in Goa at the IMA Hall in Ponda. This year the crowd was uncontrollable. Dr Ramani had to see more than 350 patients. Dr N Israni, Chairman & Director of Blue Cross Pharmaceuticals from Mumbai was the Chief Guest. He spoke passionately about our responsibility to the society and lauded the contribution made by Dr Ramani to the society.
This year the topic for the essay on health awareness programme for the college students in Goa was “Drug Abuse”. The response was tremendous and the essays were very informative resulting in judges giving 2 second prizes and 5 consolation prizes besides first and third prize.
Dr Ramani is seen with volunteers and some of the doctors who assisted in the camp.
