Dr Ramani tunes for Mumbai Marathon
As part of the preparations for the Marathon, Dr Ramani climbed 1400 steps up and down of Jivdani Hill at Virar and visited Jivdani Temple on Sunday, 18th December 2011.
He climbed the steps up and down continuously without halting anywhere in between or asking for water although it was quite sunny and hot.
Seen in the picture is Dr Ramani with one of his patients, Adv Santosh Khale, a famous lawyer from Virar. He had undergone a major surgery on his spine for spinal stabilization (PLIF) only one year earlier. Mr Khale also climbed the hill with Dr Ramani effortlessly.
