Saw-bone Model Workshop at Lilavati Hospital

Dr P. S. Ramani held his annual saw-bone model workshop at Lilavati Hospital on Sunday, 1st July, 2018. He was assisted by faculty members coming from Bombay, Breach Candy, Hinduja, Nanavati, Apollo, K.E.M and Cooper Hospitals. The delegates came from Chennai, Bangalore, other parts of Karnataka, New Delhi and Maharashtra.

In the evening of this day, a cultural program and felicitation ceremony was organised. In the evening of this day, a cultural program and felicitation ceremony was organised where Megha Sampat and Troupe enthrawlled the audience with their performance which was attended by a crowd of approximately 700 people. A well known guitarist and musician Mr. Alloysius and band along with Dr. Arjun Dhar a representative of students of Dr. Ramani mesmerised the crowd with their live and jubiliant performance. 
 
The chief guest of the function was Hon’ble senior-most minister in the Goa Govt, Shri Ramakrishna Dhawalikar who felicitated Dr. Ramani. Retd. Lt. Gen. Dr V. Ravishankar, COO, Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai was the guest of honor. The other dignitaries on the dias were Dr. Benny from Indonesia, Dr. Mohd. Maziad from Egypt, Dr. Marcus Eif from Germany, Dr. Motoi Shoda from Japan, Dr. Abul Khair from Bangladesh, Dr. Atul Goel Prof and Head Dept of Neurosurgery KEM Hospital, Mr. Deepak Londhe who is a trainer in Striders Jogging Group Shivaji Park Mumbai and Mr. Atmaram Parab Manager Esha Tours & Travels graced the occasion with thier kind words about Dr. Ramani. A short trailer on the autobiography movie of Dr. Ramani was also released on this very occasion.
 
Dr. Ramani also released “Casebook” a collection of anecdotes from the professional life of Dr. Ramani with the support of Publishing house InkIng.
 
As a mark of gratitude, Dr. Ramani’s students collectively presented a bust carved out of a single piece of marble which was also released at the same function.
