Recently Dr. P. S. Ramani was felicitated in Goa by Saraswat Convention during their Annual Food and Cultural Festival. Photo shows Shri Anil Counto felicitating him in presence of other members and actress Varsha Usgaonkar. He then addressed a 3,500 congregation of delegates attending the festival.
