Dr. Motoi Shoda, a distinguished neurosurgeon from Nagoya, Japan, has been a close family friend for many years. He visited us on several occasions and graciously attended our daughter Anjali’s wedding, spending three memorable days with us during the celebrations. Now retired, Dr. Shoda travels less, but he remains dear to our hearts.
