Dr P S Ramani attended the International Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Conference in Jakarta (28-30 July 2011) and talked on more than 10 years long term results in microlumbar discectomy and described the new operative techniques that he has developed by Micro IDSS and percutaneous stabilization with interspinous (INSPACE) spacer from Synthes.
