Dr Ramani was invited by Indian Academy of Neurology to give a lecture on "Recent advances in Neurosurgery" during their Annual Conference held in Hotel Marriot in Pune.

Dr Ramani at first talked on Technology of Spinal Navigation and how it helps to accurately pin point target points on spine while doing surgery.

Later he talked on Newer Operative Techniques that he has developed in Lumbar Spinal Surgery.
